David Larner, Sales Director

David Larner David has enjoyed a successful career in B2B publishing over the last 12 years across both print and online media. As part of the PPA advocacy programme in 2005, David could be found preaching the benefits of business magazines to blue-chip companies in the construction sector. David’s belief in ‘circulation is king’ has seen him develop a number of controlled circulation titles and a growing interest in extracting value form data.

After two years as Group Commercial Manager at Metropolis Business Publishing David joined Findlay in January 2008 to head up Findlay’s Direct Marketing division.

His charity work sees him as part of the ‘crack’ team of athletes who annually compete in the ‘Findlay Commando Challenge’.

David believes that the constant abuse he received from friends (but not his colleagues) for being Welsh and having a public school English accent has given him the determination and drive to get through the difficulties that life can often throw up.
