The Handling and Storage Survey has been conducted on an annual basis ever since 1987 on behalf of a syndicate of major forklift truck manufacturers. The survey aims to collect key market information regarding the major segments of the UK market; both within manufacturing and the distribution industry.

• what factors influence decisions when purchasing and acquiring lift trucks.
• customer understanding, and requirements from, areas such as contract, short term and long term hire.
• awareness levels and perceptions of lift truck suppliers.
• the range and priority of information sources, and the channels used to identify and evaluate suppliers.
