Findlay Direct Marketing (FDM) is a significant profit generator within Findlay Media which now seeks to recruit an exceptional telesales executive, with proven sales ability, to contribute additional growth.

For the right candidate a c. £20k basic plus £6k OTE package is realistic. Other benefits include health cover, death-in-service and pension options.

Services provide for data cleansing, data leasing, lead generation, client prospecting, telemarketing and other data based business development initiatives, each specifically tailored to meet individual clients’ needs.

For this, we require an individual with a broad understanding of databases and in particular CRM systems. Sales are key, so revenue generation skills must be demonstrable, and ideally within the direct marketing industry or B2B publishing arena. The role requires a consultative sales approach and the ability to deal with senior level marketing and business managers/owners.

You should be skilled at interrogating and presenting solutions to clients in a powerful way. You’ll have the skills and the ability to drive new business development and at the same maximise the potential of existing clients through strong relationships. You should well organised, numerate and have above average IT skills and the confidence to demonstrate database and web-based solutions.
